Kevin Stupplebeen

I started my journey at Paul Smith's college in 1991. I graduated in 93' with an A.A.S in Forest Technology. My first real job was as a procurement forester for a NY based lumber company. Following that, I ran my own sawmill business for many years dealing with all aspects of the business from purchasing to sawing to customer relations. After selling the business, I went to work for a real estate developer operating Machinery. That sparked my interest in real estate. We dealt in large land parcels and we would create views, create park-like settings for homes or camps, build ponds and driveways all to add value and make the property more appealing to buyers. Properties became canvas's of art when we were finished. I learned what creates value for both buyers and sellers of land. I bring that direct experience as well as my forestry knowledge to all of the landowners and property I work with. I currently work as a procurement forester for a multi-sawmill company located in New England while also working as a real estate agent listing and selling properties. On my free time I enjoy mountain biking, canoeing, fishing and snow shoeing in the Adirondacks.
