We saw the ad for the property on Timberland Realty and called Patty Bullard at her office at 5 minutes to 5pm on Friday. She answered! She gave us all the info we needed to go out and take a look. Next day, (Saturday), we looked at the property and contacted Patty, (Who was now on vacation), on her cell phone to put in an offer. It was now Saturday night and Patty contacted the owner and made the deal happen that night. She went over & above our expectations and was a true professional! I was the sole owner of a small cabin with a couple of acres in the woods of New York. I actually live in another state and found that it would be easier on me to sell my cabin rather then maintain it. It was in very good condition. I first contacted a realtor that dealt in local properties. She told me they couldn’t sell it and that it was assessed to high so even if they did represent me there was no way they could get the assessed value. I saw a sign that said Timberland Realty and decided to call them as their sign said camps, recreational properties etc. Their representative Brian Bullard returned my call ASAP and came out and assess the camp. He not only told me he would sell it for me but for much more than I expected and that he would do it by fall. This was August. Brian was very helpful in assisting me in preparing the camp for sale. I was absolutely amazed to find out a few weeks later that we had a very substantial offer. The property closed within a few weeks. I couldn’t be happier with Brian and Patty Bullard.
