Once on the property, you’ll find that it’s almost completely wooded. The forest consists of black cherry, soft maple and hemlock and most of it is in the small to medium sawtimber size class.
A small seasonal stream meanders through the property and whitetail deer sign is prevalent throughout. Many species including deer, turkey bear and small game call this area home. A couple of small clearings located on the land would be ideal for making food plots or just a nice place to camp.
The peace and solitude experienced while walking this property is remarkable and its very gentle terrain makes hiking or hunting a breeze. Oil, gas and mineral rights have been previously reserved and do not transfer. Timber rights do transfer. There is no electric available along the right -of -way.
Located about 15 minutes from Bradford and 15 minutes from Smethport, all the conveniences of home are close at hand. Both State Game Lands #62 and the Allegheny National Forest are just minutes away. The Bradford Regional Airport is also nearby so this would be an ideal fly-in property.

From the intersection of Route 646 and Bingham Rd in Cyclone, turn onto Bingham Rd and go about 0.8 mi to the gated right of way road on left. Head up right of way 0.4 miles to the property.
