This completely wooded 54 acre property is a sportsman’s paradise. With a deeded 25’ wide right of way for access, it is extremely private. Wildlife abounds! Deer, turkey, bear and plenty of small game call this area home. A great trail system throughout is perfect for hiking, ATV riding, horseback riding or snowmobiling.
There’s also a great timber resource on the property. A timber cruise performed in 2023 would suggest that there’s in excess of 140,000 board feet of timber 12 inches and larger in diameter. The main species are hard maple, red oak, soft maple and cucumber. Most of the white ash was removed in 2024 but no other species were cut.
The topography ranges from fairly flat to moderately steep in places and a small intermittent stream runs through the property. A small 6 x 10 hunting shed is nestled in the woods and could be used as an off the grid shelter. As it is very remote, there is no electric available to this property. All rights will transfer!
