Room to stretch out on over 100 acres with something for everyone! Stillwater Creek runs thru year 'round with fishing and waterfowling action. Young'uns' can have a ball catching crawfish, frogs or wetting a line. There are reports of bass, pan fish and the DEC stocked trout previously.
Hunters will find this area's reputation for quality whitetail, turkey and small game is well founded. Trek the trails and you will spot lots of deer sign; rubs, scrapes and trails. Cross the creek with a 4WD then hike, ATV or go horseback the acreage if preferred. The variety of habitat; water, bedding, buckbrush , food plot sites, apples and mixed hardwoods attract and hold wildlife. The elevated hunting blind stays and shooting lanes have been cut.
The wooded areas were last harvested some 20 years ago. A local farmer crosses the creek to plant about 6 acres in corn annually and can continue doing so. That's your call.
