"Trevor was born and raised in Saranac Lake, New York, with family roots dating back to the early settlers of 1819. Growing up in the Adirondacks, he developed a lifelong passion for the outdoors, exploring the woods, rivers, and lakes, which continues to guide his professional work.
Trevor holds a bachelor's degree in Forest Operations from Paul Smith’s College and a Master of Science in Forestry from Mississippi State University, specializing in large-scale forest planning and forest economics. He launched his career as a consulting forester, helping landowners evaluate timber resources, manage harvests, and develop tailored forest management plans that maximize revenue and land potential. He then worked as a resource analyst, coordinating large-scale forest inventories and analyzing data to guide strategic land and timber decisions. Later, as a conservation forester, he conducted property evaluations, set forest management goals, and developed long-term strategies to enhance land value and usability. Today, he works as a forest resource development analyst for a hardwood sawmill company, managing projects across New York and Pennsylvania.
When he’s not helping clients with their land, Trevor enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and training his dog. He also loves cooking barbecue for friends and family. Whether buying or selling land, Trevor combines knowledge with a genuine passion for the outdoors to help clients achieve their real estate goals."
