The property is a nice mix of open, brush, transition and forest. Timber has been managed here for decades and it shows in the timber areas. The dominant species are hard maple, soft maple, black cherry, hickory and birch for both timber and mast production for deer and turkey. The deer sign on this property is abundant with numerous trails, rubs and scrapes throughout the property.
There is an excellent road and trail network throughout this property as well from past logging activity. There has not been any recent logging here so the woods looks great as do the roads. The roads make access easy to nearly all parts of the property for hiking, hunting and ATV use.
The driveway and road access on the front portion allows for many locations to build a home or camp with a great view across the valley to the west and southwest. Just pick the best view and best opportunity to use the sunny side for heating as well as possibly having solar as a backup or additional source of electric.
The property is only about 7 miles from Holiday Valley for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, high adventure and golf. It is also only a half mile from Forks Creek which is stocked with brown trout annually by the NYDEC.

The property has 1,083 feet of road frontage on Morgan Hollow Road and electric is not available at the road front and is across the road from the property.
